Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you up for the challenge to intensify e-conomic's quality assurance (QA) testing efforts?

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our R&D team. You will be a champion for the quality assurance of our software testing.

You will become an integral part of the development team who work according to the SCRUM/Agile methodology, ensuring optimal team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficiency of the testing efforts for the project(s) you will be working on
  • Design and execute test cases, ensuring a high level of functionality coverage with extra attention to high-risk features
  • Cooperate with developers on SpecFlow GUI testing
  • Assist in the planning of the automation of test cases
  • Take ownership of the test environment
  • Participate in the ongoing optimization of QA test processes in cooperation with the rest of the development department

Requirements

  • Several years (5+) of experience with QA/testing, mastering software testing techniques
  • Experience with QA in SCRUM/Agile environments
  • Experience with testing web applications - GUI tests as well as technical tests
  • Expertise in Cross-Browser Testing
  • An ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or higher)
  • Knowledge of Selenium or WebDriver
  • Good analytical skills and a systematic and methodical approach to your tasks
  • A self-driven personality, good interpersonal skills and an urge to share your knowledge
  • A good business sense
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills
