The e-conomic accounting software comes in two sizes, small and standard. There are no differences in functionality, just in the number of transactions that you may enter and in the cost.
The subscription is paid for by the customer, and their accountant/bookkeeper has free access.
You, as an accountant or bookkeeper, will receive access through your free administrator module. If one or more of your clients is using e-conomic, then you may register free of charge.
You may register as many users as you wish in your administrator module for free.
Internal licences in e-conomic
Along with our external small and standard licenses, we also offer two kinds of internal licenses that you may use for those of your clients who don't wish to or cannot do their own bookkeeping.
These contain the same functions as a small/standard license - but only you, the accountant/bookkeeper, will get access to the accounts, not the client (the company).

Internal - $10 a month per company account for internal licenses
INTERNAL is an internal license that you may use for those of your clients who don't wish to or cannot do their own bookkeeping.
This internal license contains the same functions as a small/standard license. However, this license is only $10 (without tax) per month, per account. But only you, the accountant/bookkeeper, will receive access to the accounts, not the client (company).
You may still register as many users as you wish to in the administrator module for free.
Internal PRO - $ 40 a month per user for internal licenses
INTERNAL PRO is also an internal license where the company has no access to the accounts.
You receive the same functions as with the small/standard license, but for $40 a month per user in the administrator module. Only you, the accountant/bookkeeper has access - provided that you have ticked off this license type. The client (company) does not have access.
You may register as many clients (companies) as you wish to for the price of only $40 a month per user in the administrator module.
In other words - you do not pay for each client (company) but instead for each user in the administrator module that you give access to this license type.
