Quotations, orders and invoices

With e-conomic’s online invoicing set-up you save time and money by being able to send quotations, orders and invoices to your customers by e-mail at the same time.

In e-conomic, you can automatically match your invoices with the corresponding payments received.

In addition, the software can notify you about overdue customer invoices and, in turn, you can send your customers reminders by e-mail or print. You can even attach copies of the overdue invoices to the reminders to provide your customers with the complete billing info.

Customers and products

You can create an unlimited number of customers and products in e-conomic. By using the import functionality, you can quickly import these lists into the software when you first start and easily update them over time.

Invoice design and layout

e-conomic allows you to decide how your company’s documents – e.g. quotations, invoices and order confirmations – should be structured.

To design your documents in e-conomic, you can either use the design and layout editor to design your own quotations, invoices, order confirmations, reminders and credit notes from scratch or you can use one of the e-conomic templates provided.

You can also choose one of these e-conomic templates and then modify it as you see fit – e.g. add your company-specific logo, colours and information, or you can create new templates altogether.
