How many projects can I run at the same time?

 
You can set up/manage as many projects as you like - there are no limits to the number of projects.
 

How do I invoice hours that have been entered in the project module?

 
It's easy to transfer hours from the project module to the invoicing module. When you have transferred the hours, you may edit the invoice before you submit/book it.
 

I have colleagues who speak only English. Can I change the language?

 
Yes, you can change the language for each user. In addition to English, we now have Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, German, French and Polish. See our guide on how to change the language.
 

Can I record hours in the Project Management module?

 
Yes, the module meets all the requirements for recording hours.
 

Can I run more than one project on the same customer?

 
Yes, you can set up as many projects as you like for each customer.
 

Can I enter expenses for invoicing?

 
Yes, by entering the expenses in the Project Management module, you can easily retrieve them when you do your invoicing.
 

Can the employees enter their hours?

 
If an employee has access to e-conomic, he can enter hours in the Project Management module.
 

Is it possible to invoice a customer on account?

 
Yes, you can invoice a different amount than the one registered under time entries/expenses. It will still be possible to compare the amount registered under time entries/expenses with the amount invoiced.
