The Subscription module is specially developed for companies that need to invoice a product or service at regular intervals.

This could be, for example, collection of membership fees, rent, webspace rental or payment for the "Weekly cleaning service".

No limitations

There are no limits on the type or number of subscriptions and you can link several subscriptions to one customer.

Mass invoicing with a mouse click

The module is fully integrated with e-conomic's General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Invoice modules.

This means that customer information only needs to be maintained in one place, that you can mass invoice your subscriptions with a mouse click, send invoices electronically in PDF format and use your own invoice design.

When the invoices are booked, the system ensures that dates and subscription periods are automatically updated for the next invoicing run.
