This means that you or an accountant/bookkeeper can book them directly on screen.

OCR scanning with Ibistic

With the Ibistic Invoice system, which is fully integrated with your e-conomic supplier management and accounts, you get easy access to OCR scanning.

Ibistic provides scanning, interpretation and validation of supplier invoices and can create EAN numbers, thereby allowing you to receive e-invoices from your suppliers easily and quickly.

Vouchers always close at hand

Your accountant no longer needs to receive the paper files by post for the annual audit.

The vouchers are directly linked to the individual entries, so you can always retrieve the documents on screen from a ledger card or an entries list and print it out or e-mail it to others.

Electronic archive

You can store all types of vouchers and documents in e-conomic's electronic voucher archive.

This means that you can archive and categorise vouchers and documents, such as contracts, statements of account or correspondence from the tax authorities.

Order is not significant

You decide when you want to scan in your vouchers. The vouchers do not need to be scanned in at the same time as you book the entries in e-conomic.

In other words, you can scan the documents at one point in time to ensure they are secured in e-conomic's document archive, then link them to your entries at a different point in time.
