e-conomic administrators are external accountants or bookkeepers who you can grant access to view and edit your company’s data in e-conomic.

It is by no means not mandatory for you to work with an e-conomic administrator, but if you do so, e-conomic can make your collaboration with your external accountant or bookkeeper easier than ever.

Do you have an accountant?

If you already have an accountant who is registered in e-conomic, you can select the accountant using the Administrator list area on the Settings tab in the e-conomic system. This list displays all the accountants and bookkeepers that are registered in e-conomic.

Accountants that are not registered in e-conomic must register as administrators in e-conomic administrator by filling out this form before you can choose them in your system. When they have been registered and approved, you can select them using the Administrator list.

If you do not yet have an accountant, you can choose one among the many administrators who are already working with e-conomic. You can view direct contact information and more detailed information about each e-conomic administrator - including their location, services, and more - by looking them up in our list of accountants and bookkeepers on the e-conomic website.

Give an administrator access

To choose one of the accountants or bookkeepers in the Administrator list, click "Give access" to the right of the person or company that you want to use.

Once you have confirmed, the "Give access" icon changes to "Remove access", and the selected administrator appears as the first name above the list area.

Access to your accounts

Once selected, your administrator may view your accounts in the e-conomic system, and modify and add data.

This way, you can work with your accountant on the same platform, thus avoiding having to collect the same information twice and saving time by working online whenever and wherever it suits your needs.

On the "Dialog" tab in the e-conomic system, you can work with your accountant to establish a division of labor, create lists, leave notes, messages and important announcements, and share any other relevant information you wish to record.
