e-conomic's performance is monitored for issues around the clock and acted upon instantly in case of problems. Our production equipment is located in Fujitsu's high-security facilities at two different physical sites. This means that if one site experiences issues, the other site is ready to take over, with little or no impact for end-users.

We keep your data private and protected

Using industry-recognized and advanced security measures, we ensure that all your financial data are kept private and protected at all times. Our safeguards include firewall-protected servers, password-protected login and 128-bit SSL encryption technology – the same technology as used by the top financial institutions in the world.

With the security elements we have in place, you can have complete peace of mind that your data is safe.

We take care of all backups

You don't have to spend any time backing up your data – everything related to backup is handled by e-conomic. Your data is backed up every 15 minutes (i.e. 96 times a day!) and later stored in a different physical location. This way, automatic offsite storage is provided for you without the need for you to generate and handle physical backups on your own.

We do not load backups on customer request, but if you would like access to offline data, you can export your data anytime and as often as you like. And if your hardware is ever damaged, you will still have instant access to all of your data - you just need a computer that is connected to the Internet.

We take privacy as seriously as you do

Privacy is an integral part of everything we do. It is not an afterthought or corporate rhetoric – it is how we conduct our daily business. That is why we adhere to a strict set of guidelines and practices to protect all of your private information. Naturally, this entails that we do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties without your consent.

Available whenever you need it

As part of our agreement with Fujitsu, you are guaranteed 99.9% availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is possible because redundant facilities and servers are in place. Thus, if one site or server becomes unavailable, your service will be affected minimally or, most likely, not at all.

Additionally, our server park is constantly expanded to keep up with customer growth, so that our system is always ready to handle the increasing number of users. This way, you are free to access your data whenever and wherever you need them.

Documented security

We care about the security of your data, and we have the documents to prove it. Both e-conomic and Fujitsu comply with the IT management and security policies in revision standard RS 3411, meaning that our procedures adhere to best practices in the industry.
