What is a browser - and how does it affect your work with e-conomic?
An Internet browser is the program you use to access the Internet.
The best known browser on the market today is Internet Explorer, but many other browsers can be downloaded from the Internet free of charge. We recommend that you use one of following browsers with e-conomic: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

Which browser should you choose?
You may not have decided which Internet browser you want to use and therefore currently work with the default browser on your computer. If you don't know much about browsers and what separates them from one another, it can be difficult to choose one.
However, it is also difficult to recommend one specific browser over another, because in the end it's all a matter of taste and what kind of work you use the Internet for.
You can easily install several browsers on your computer and test which one is your favourite, or you can even switch between them for different tasks.
Working with e-conomic
When working with e-conomic, we recommend that you always use the latest version of your browser.
However, as a minimum, we support the latest browser version and the one before that.
