The Customer Relations app
Diginor Customer Relations has been created for the car industry and is often used by independent car repair shops.
Diginor Customer Relations connects customer data, technical data, wholesalers and e-conomic. In the course of work, mechanics can easily access relevant information about customer/car, history, technical data, booking calendar and spare part purchases. In addition, this information can be imported directly to the work ticket.
Invoicing in e-conomic
Since the work ticket is electronic, it is the basis of the invoice you create in e-conomic. It is simply transferred to e-conomic as an open order and only needs to be booked.
You can look up the car at your wholesaler's from the work ticket, and import any necessary spare part purchases to the work ticket. We offer links to Mekonomen, Auto-G, FTZ and Au2poarts. To create a new car in the system, simply use the model number. This establishes the links to wholesalers and technical data.
Create new customers through Eniro, using the telephone number.
You can send the customer a text message when the car is ready as well as print a steering systems report and spray-on rust protection instructions. There is a support-email function and direct access to technical data for the given car through familiar systems such as Autodata.
The work ticket enables you to administrate time spent by each employee and to report completion of work to the foreman.
