The Salesforce app automatically synchronizes your customer and account data, maintains information about products and prices in e-conomic, and then updates them in Salesforce.com.
Automatic transfer of customer data
The pre-configured solution integrates your Customers in e-conomic with your Accounts in Salesforce, thus providing you with a complete overview of your customer’s sales and payment history.
This solution keeps your customer data up-to-date in many ways:
- Updates from each system will be transferred to the adjoining system instantly.
- New Customers in e-conomic will be automatically created as Accounts in salesforce.com.
- New Accounts in Salesforce under the type ‘customer’ (which you may configure) will be automatically created as Customers in e-conomic.
- Products and Prices are maintained in e-conomic and automatically transferred and kept up-to-date in salesforce.com.
- RapidiOnline also provides a free-of-charge extention for Salesforce.com that enables you to see your customer’s sales history and payments, which are visible under each Account.
