What can I use ebConnect for?

You can benefit greatly from electronic trade allowing easy and safe transfer of supplier invoices to your e-conomic account. In practical terms, you receive an electronic invoice in a file, which is imported directly to your day book in e-conomic.

Electronic transfer of invoices involves several advantages - e.g. you avoid entering the invoice data yourself, thus saving you time on administration. At the same time, you avoid data entry errors, and you no longer have to search for invoices in piles of paper.

How do I get started?

Get started with e-conomic and ebConnect in three simple steps:

Create a user account and choose a suitable subscription at ebConnect gateway Register with NemHandelsregistret, the Danish e-business standardisation register, with ebConnect as the end point (possible when logged in to the ebConnect gateway) Enter your e-conomic account information

In future, when your business connections send electronic invoices to your unique end point (endpointID), you'll receive them in your ebConnect inbox, and you can easily and safely transfer them to e-conomic for bookkeeping.

Subscription for ebConnect

With a subscription to ebConnect gateway, you can send, receive, download and display documents. The subscription is payed monthly and is offered in different versions adjusted to various transaction needs:

ebBasic: send/receive 5 documents per month for DKK 0.00 ebPremium: send/receive 200 documents per month for DKK 150.00 ebProfessional: send/receive 500 documents per month for DKK 350.00 ebEnterprise: send/receive 1800 documents per month for DKK 900,00
