Ascendo Invoice and
Baltzar invoice, Elektronomi AB now offers web and terminal server-based approval systems to companies of all types. As a customer, you get online access to supplier invoices, and the monthly charge per invoice interpretated is very low.
With the Elektronomi app for e-conomic, the entire processing of supplier invoices – from opening letters to allocation, payment and booking – can be managed online by Elektronomi, with full transparency and control in every step.
How does the app work?
You can choose to let Elektronomi scan your documents, or you can do it yourself. When the documents have been scanned and interpreted, the following steps are performed:
- The invoice is pre-booked in e-conomic in order for the VAT amount to be recorded at the correct date, even if the rest of the process takes longer.
- The invoice is sent for approval

The approval process can be set up dynamically by either giving one person access to approve all invoices or assigning different rights to different approvers.
When the invoice has been approved, the preliminary invoice is reversed and a final booking is made. With the final booking, a payment proposal is created in e-conomic allowing you to send payments to your suppliers as files.
Access your documents where you need them
You can search for your invoice vouchers in the approval system, but they are also imported into e-conomic automatically, if you have selected
e-conomic's scanning module.
In e-conomic, the documents will be available in the aged creditors report, in ledger card statements and all other relevant places - both in the approval system and in the accounting system.
Similarly, supplier information, updates of charts of accounts and payment status are reflected in the approval system, thus ensuring consistent information.
Getting started with the app
A few simple steps are needed to get started:
- Sign up for a subscription with Elektronomi.
- Inform Elektronomi about how you wish the approval process to flow (predefined form).
- Activate the API module in e-conomic.
- Set a start-up date.
- If you are not going to do the scanning yourself, inform your suppliers of your new address.

Costs
Elektronomi charges e-conomic's customers a fixed price per invoice. If you do the scanning yourself, the price is approx. 2 US dollars, and if you prefer to let Elektronomi handle the scanning, the price is approx. 2.5 US dollars per invoice.
Depending on the size of your company, an initial start-up fee will be charged. Additional costs for customized measures or changes of customer data may also be charged. VAT will be added.
