Online payment of invoices with QuickPay
Quickpay developed an invoicing app for e-conomic that enables your customers
to pay their invoices online with their payment cards.

How does QuickPay work?
When you send your customers an invoice by mail from e-conomic, they'll receive a link, which is used to open the Quickpay payment window. Quickpay extracts the necessary information for the invoice directly from e-conomic (e.g. the invoice number, amount etc.).
The customer can then pay the invoice online in Quickpay's payment window. When the customer has paid the invoice, you will receive an e-mail from Quickpay, if you have requested it.
Note that the invoice will not be booked as paid in your e-conomic account. This should not be done until you book payments based on movements in your bank account - in the usual manner.
Advantages of enabling your customers to pay with cards
It's our experience that the more payment methods you can offer your customers, the higher frequency of payment you'll experience. Accordingly, payment by card should not be viewed as a replacement for the methods you already employ (FI payment, EAN, payment service, etc.), but as a supplement.
You'll experience that many customers will pay the invoice immediately by card when they receive the invoice from you. Typically, this will result in an improved cash flow in your business.
Your customers will also be better secured than by traditionel bank transfer.
How to get started
It's quite simple to get started using Quickpay as a payment solution in connection with e-conomic.
They even offer
a free test/demo account, which you're welcome to explore until you're convinced of it's advantages.
