The program is easy to set up and use, and the connection with e-conomic removes the need for double entry of invoices and makes it easy to follow up on accounting and budgets. In short, Zedonk organizes your production and sales, while e-conomic handles your finances.
What Zedonk is about
In Zedonk, you can enter sales orders and then analyse by manufacturer, customer, product, colour or size. In this way, the generation of production orders to manufacturers for products and purchase orders to suppliers for raw materials is just one click away.You can view projected stock, available to sell or ready to ship and pick & pack lists to send to the warehouse and export to excel, word or pdf. It will even handle split deliveries, which is a common issue in the industry.
You can also generate fashion friendly documents by use of the colour matrix and size, which are unique to the individual apparel business. These include Proforma Invoices, Sales Order Confirmations, Delivery Notes and Invoices - which are all customs compliant and suited for export all over the world.
The e-conomic app provides a streamlined link between Zedonk and your accounts. This will speed up your workflow and the transition to accounting whilst saving time and minimising errors.
How do I get started?
To implement Zedonk, you must activate e-conomic's API add-on module in e-conomic and order a license at F2iT Ltd. F2iT will handle the rest of the integration process.What users say about this App

A great addition to our business, so much time is saved in production. Costing, fabric ordering, distribution, sales analysis and invoicing are all easier and more efficient. It has proved very handy to have all the seasons in one place and to be able to check it wherever you are in the world. As much as I love excel I wouldn't go without this now! We would definitely recommend it.
During production, it’s easy to manage shortfall of fabric or cancellations, and when you are finally ready to pick & pack, dispatch and invoice, Zedonk can do all of this as well including the dreaded export documentation. I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I cannot recommend it enough. We finally feel like we are in control of our business, and you get great support and a forum in which to suggest improvements
