By using Multidata's LønAdministration solution, you won't have to fill in forms, calculate taxes, vacation pay or report your information to the tax authorities. All you have to do is call or send an e-mail to Multidata with your employees' hours and pay, and Multidata will handle all the administrative tasks for you.This is how it works
You need to enter your master data once, and Multidata will take care of everything from there. If you hire new employees or make other changes, you just have to update your master data. By the end of each salary period, you need to report salary for your emplyees. If some or all of your employees receive the same salary every month, you can create an automatic payment of fixed salary.Multidata will handle your salary work for you free of charge for three months!
For a test period of three months, Multidata will take care of your salary work for you free of charge. After that, you can decide if you want to do your salary work again yourself, or if you wish to continue with the LønAdministration solution. If you want to handle your salary yourself using DataLøn, Multidata will create your first five employees free of charge. In addition, you won't have to think about contacting third parties in relation to taxes, vacation pay etc. - and Multidata will also take care of all required signups and registrations (at a value of DKK 1.106 excl. VAT). We call this service sikkerSTART (Safe Start) with DataLøn – and you get it for free when you're an e-conomic customer.Also, keep in mind that you can exchange data between Multidata's DataLøn solution and e-conomic.
