While the same friendly people remain responsible for your customer support, we have taken it into a different direction.

The focus has turned to the production of online support, where rather than helping customers one at a time, we can help thousands. Online support is much easier to reach for customers, provides convenience with constant access, and questions are answered without delay.

The Support Section

By navigating to the support section, you are exposed to a number of different help sources. Noticeably, most of these are online tools that are available 24/7 and are constantly developed on a daily basis to enhance the customer experience.

We still maintain offline help such as phone and e-mail for those instances where a solution couldn't be found online. However, it is our goal to minimize such cases and if we find that something has been missed, it becomes our priority to fill in the gaps for online support.

If you learn best by reading, we have an online collection of articles for the e-conomic application; e-copedia, that covers a wide range of topics in the software.

If you are more of an audio-visual learner, we have an online youtube channel with short clips of bookkeeping in e-conomic.
