Trial now available for the Scanning add-on module

Here at e-conomic, we provide free two-week trials that are accesible right away. These trials allow anyone who is interested in e-conomic the opportunity to take a thorough look inside the system and its numerous functions.

Now, e-conomic has introduced a new trial version - the Scanning trial - which allows you to easily try out E-conomic's scanning add-on module with a set of test data.

The e-conomic Scanning add-on module

The Scanning module is easy to use and can quickly be added to any e-conomic subscription, allowing you the ability to swiftly scan supplier invoices and current receipts directly into your e-conomic application.

How does the scanning module work?

To start off, the scanning module gives you a unique e-conomic system email address that includes your agreement number. To transfer your scanned documents, gif, PDFs, and jpgs in the application, all you have to do is email them to this unique system email address.

Once these files have been sent, simply click on "Transfer documents" in your e-conomic application and they will then appear in the "Unprocessed" category.

Once your documents have been transferred into e-conomic, there are many ways that you can use them:

To make entry booking in e-conomic even easier for example, you can have a copy of your scanned invoice displayed at the base of your screen. This allows you or your bookkeeper to work from that scanned record, and you can avoid the possibility of falling behind because of any delay in receiving paper invoices.

If you want, you also can save more time by requesting that your suppliers invoice you directly to your unique scanning email address.
