More August system improvements

A handful of improvements was released this morning as an addition to the recently released Market Package 22.

Here at e-conomic, we call this extra batch of improvements 'Market Package 22B' as it works as an addition to the batch of improvements which was released last week.

Improvements to Small/Standard

  • New country-specific reports are now available under the Report tab.
  • Non-Western European characters (AKA Unicode) are now supported everywhere in the application.

Local functionality for Germany

  • ELSTER online VAT submission
    German companies may now submit their VAT statements to the online tax return system ELSTER (‘Elektronische Steuererklärung’), directly from within e-conomic.
  • Invoice signing
    When you send invoices from companies running with German functionality, they now come with proper signatures as a PDF attached to an e-mail.
