New International Service and Support Center goes live

A new approach

Here at e-conomic, we have changed the way that we go about providing service to our customers. We have shifted the focus from telephone hotline support to improving and enhancing our 24/7 online assistance resources.

Our new International Service and Support center has brought the support members from nine different countries together, so they can work as a team to create the best online support available.

A collaborative effort

The new International Service and Support Center has helped to increase the 'knowledge sharing' between the numerous countries that e-conomic supports. This knowledge sharing of ideas, design and information is leading to improvements in all areas of the e-conomic online support system - from producing better help videos to enriching the layout of the e-copedia help pages.

By working together, the e-conomic International Service and Support team can provide customers with the best on and offline help available.

Online support takes the stage

From now on, we hope that you as a customer will see that we are focusing on the constant improvement of our online support media. Among recent projects is the launch of our new Support Section. Our goal is to make you self-reliant when it comes to answering your questions about e-conomic.

Our objective is that you as a customer will:

• have access to more than 50 words in our dictionary of accounting terms
• along with others, have seen e-conomic help videos more than 100,000 times this year.
• have access to hundreds of resources in the e-copedia
• along with others have used our google search more than 100,000 times
• see that we are highly educated and engaged when you need help - you've got a friend!
