Canadian CaseWare integrates its solution with e-conomic at a global level.
One of the world’s leading suppliers of software solutions to accountants, Canadian CaseWare, has decided to integrate its solution with the Danish online accounting system e-conomic at a global level.
As a result, bookkeepers and accountants all over the world can now optimize their work processes from entry of data to preparation of accounts. This is e-conomic’s largest cooperation on the international stage. KPMG is the first accountancy firm in Denmark to implement the integration between e-conomic and CaseWare.
CaseWare is among the world’s most sold accountancy programs aimed at bookkeepers, accountants and financial managers. This global agreement allows users to synchronize business applications from CaseWare with the accountancy system from e-conomic. For example, users can exchange information and import data from e-conomic’s online system directly into CaseWare.
A valuable tool
"I’m excited that one of the world’s leading suppliers of accounting related software wishes to integrate with our accounting system. This integration confirms the trend towards increased integration between software solutions across the globe,” says Tejn Vanting Nielsen, Sales Director at e-conomic and Country Manager for Denmark. ”CaseWare is widely used in Denmark, so this cooperation benefits Danish customers and makes it easier to choose e-conomic at a global level.”
According to Tejn Vanting Nielsen, users will see the integrated systems as a valuable tool that manages all documents and allows them to carry out work in a smarter and more efficient manner than previously.
Bookkeepers may use the integrated solution to record work performed, audit and endorse accounts and to extract reports. The CaseWare export feature enables automatic transfer of trial balance and entries from e-conomic to CaseWare thus making all records available.
Today, e-conomic has approx. 30,000 customers among small and medium-sized businesses, and they employ around 70 staff. e-conomic is based in Denmark and operates in nine European markets.
