- it's an easy-to-use system. We teach our customers how to use the system based on their own data. We often experience that after just a few hours of training, even customers who never worked with ERP systems before are fully capable of creating customers and products as well as invoicing single-handedly with their own choice of invoice layout.
- and the most satisfying part of it is that our customers think it's fun. The software is structured in a logical way which makes it easy for us to help our customers get started with recording hours and setting up subscriptions or stock management.
We consider it a strength that it's a standard system that is not customized for individuals. This ensures that our customers are not dependent on the specific person who helped them set up their modules.
- it's cheap. We often experience that a customer who just invested in another system chooses to switch to e-conomic, because in addition to being user-friendly and full of features, it almost always saves the customer money in the end. Furthermore, the customer is not dependent on updates, he gets free support and he doesn't have to worry about backups.
- it's easy to access. Many of our customers travel a lot and need to be able to log on to the system from abroad. We also have foreign customers for whom we manage the Danish administration, and they therefore need to be able to access the system in their own language. e-conomic handles this without any difficulties.
- e-conomic takes the lead in continuous development. It's always a pleasure to introduce a new feature to our customers. It's actually always a pleasure to introduce e-conomic to our customers as they understand and can relate to the opportunities and solutions that e-conomic offers.
- we have a really good dialogue with e-conomic. They are attentative and dedicated to the wishes and needs of their customers.
- it's fun to work with. When you have hundreds of bank statement entries to reconcile, it's fun to use the automatic bank reconciliation function and discover even the slightest differences in just a few minutes.

By recommending e-conomic to our customers, we can offer them optimized and simple accounting solutions.
We participate in the entire implementation phase to make sure that the setting up of e.g. invoice layout, product groups, stock management, subscriptions and project management runs smoothly.
Afterwards, we teach our customers how to use e-conomic, and together we determine which operations they should handle themselves and which we should manage for them.
Accordingly, we take a great interest in the developments in e-conomic as these help us expand the services we can offer our customers."
