Why did you choose e-conomic?

“At first we started using e-conomic for one of our clients, but after working with the software, we found it so useful, that we thought it made sense that we as an organisation started using it ourselves."

What features do you like best?

“The ability to extract and import data is very quick and straight forward. We receive reports on a weekly basis, and the reporting template is extremely useful for this purpose as we can just drop information on to it."

"I find that the API feature is the best feature for larger clients, because they can efficiently exchange data between e-conomic and other programs thereby saving a great deal of time.”

Did you have any concerns about security?

“We were a little anxious about moving to the cloud. We had a few worries about security as to where is it, who owns it, what if something happens to the system etc. But after e-conomic explained how the cloud works and advised us on how safe it really is, all our fears were appeased."

Do you receive enough information and support from e-conomic?

“The team at e-conomic are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They know every detail of the system and provide a lot of helpful information. The 24/7 support options are a bonus as I can get expert assistance whenever I need it.”
