e-copedia

e-copedia is your primary help source in writing. The word "e-copedia" is a contraction of the words e-conomic and encyclopedia. e-copedia is available day and night.

You will find guiding articles using text, examples, screenshots and perhaps a help video which shows you how to do your bookkeeping in e-conomic.

You will find articles by nagivating the overview or by using the search function in the upper right corner. Moreover, the articles are interlinked, so within each article, you will find suggestions for related topics or further reading.

Get involved
We have often learned that users know tricks in e-conomic that we haven't even thought of ourselves. Therefore, we have added an open discussion field to each e-copedia article, where you can add your comment or share your knowledge with other e-conomic users.

Help videos

In 2009, we discovered that we very often visited YouTube when we needed help with Excel, Word or other programs. This made us think that our own customers might also benefit from help videos on e-conomic. Today, we have more than 70 online help videos in English on YouTube.

Our videos are fairly short and show you how to use most functions in e-conomic, such as how to create your first sales invoice or how to add a logo to your invoice.

Click on "Subscribe" in the YouTube channel and you will receive notifications of new videos in your inbox.

Search function

The search function works like a Google search engine and covers all e-conomic online media. This means that you may get search result from our website, e-copedia, YouTube and blogs.

Automated e-mails

You will receive a number of automated e-mails from e-conomic with important information which will help you to get started with e-conomic. You will also receive e-mails from us when you activate an add-on module or when you add a new user to your agreement.

Our e-mails are specifically related to your actions in e-conomic and will help you get started with the new add-on module you have selected or give you tips and tricks on new enhancements or existing functionality which you may not have come across yet.

You will also receive your invoice on the e-mail address that you have entered in e-conomic.

Using different e-mail addresses
You can use three different e-mail adresses in e-conomic:

- Your invoice e-mail adress which is where you will receive your invoice from e-conomic
- Your own company's e-mail address which is the one you enter under master information. This is also where you will receive newsletters from us.
- The e-mail address of the superuser (or an additional user)

It's up to you if you want to use different e-mail addresses or the same one for the three different purposes.
