Let us show you the way

We have many different support tools and most are available online - 24/7. For example, we have our own wikipedia called e-copedia followed by our Youtube videos. Most of our tools are meant for self-service and are therefore available around the clock.

It is our ambition to create a support system which:

• is easy, fast, cost-effective for both you and for us, and fun at the same time
• is available around the clock
• gives you the ability to participate and provide feedback directly to us

In this support section, we have divided our help tools into those, which are always online, and those, which are available with some limitations ("offline").

Help like the self-help at the Library

The vast majority of our support tools are online. You may even search through them - much like you would search for books at the library. We (acting as the library) ensure that you can navigate your way through search functions, links and tables of content.

Just like when you visit the library, you can expect to encounter a friendly and competent service. When you call or write to us, you should be prepared that we will direct you to an article, film, or lecture (webinar) where you can find answers to your question or problem. We will make sure you take the right book home, but we will not read it for you.

In some cases there may not be an article or film that can assist you. In this case, we will help you in other ways, and then urgently create an answer that can be accessed by other customers that may encounter the same problem or question - an e-copedia article or a help video, or both.

In the same manner that a librarian is not neccessarily a good author, or familiar with every item in the library; we may not know everything you may inquire about with respect to your accounts in your business or industry. It may be helpful to seek advice from an accountant, bookkeeper, or auditor.
