Get started with the e-conomic iPhone app in no time!

Before you start:

The API module must be activated in your e-conomic agreement. (You can watch a video about how to activate the free e-conomic API here.) You must be an e-conomic user The app is synchronized with e-conomic, so changes made on the phone will also be reflected in the e-conomic web interface. Be patient - the first time you log on, all your accounts will be synchronized. This may take some time. If you have very large accounts we don't recommend that you use the app, unless you have a great deal of patience. After synchronization, the app will only update in case of changes and will perform much faster. The e-conomic iPhone app is free of charge and doesn't include phone support. However, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@e-conomic.com. The e-conomic iPhone app is supported by all types of iPhones and iPads.

Note: At present, the application is available in Danish and English. The language depends on your phone settings and can be changed through the Settings menu when you are logged on.

Logging on to the iPhone app

Using "View trial" you can try out the iPhone app without subscribing to e-conomic. Notice that the data you enter is visible to others. Therefore, we don't recommend that you send invoices from the trial version. You can create a trial here.

If you are already an e-conomic user, you must enter your user information before you can log on to the app. If you select "Remember me", you only have to do this once.

Note: It may take up to 20 minutes to synchronize your accounts, depending on the size of your accounts, the speed of your Internet connection and your phone.

Do you need more help?

Before you contact us regarding issues with the app, please try the following steps:

Make sure the API module is activated in e-conomic Make sure your phone has Internet access Make sure your user profile has access rights to the app (administrators can't use the iPhone app at this time) Run a 100% synchronization (may take up to 20 minutes) Restart your iPhone and check if the problem remains

Remember that the app needs to calculate a lot of data from your accounts. Please be patient while this happens. If you click on an icon/a function several times, the app may crash. If this happens, restart the app and synchronize again.

I don't have an iPhone

We recommend that you buy an iPhone with free Internet access. In Denmark, you can find this supplied by 3, among others.
