Support for invoices in the e-conomic iPhone app

The invoice list provides a clear overview of your company's invoices.

The list gives you access to:

Current invoices Unpaid invoices Invoices not yet due Due invoices Paid invoices (period) Create and edit invoice Book invoice Show invoice as PDF Send invoice to customer

Navigation

To navigate between the functions above, use the menu at the bottom of your screen. If you wish to send an invoice, click on the booked invoice. This invoice will then be imported from e-conomic as a PDF file. When the PDF file appears, click "E-mail". An e-mail will now open where you have the opportunity to write a personal message. When you have completed your message, click "Send".

Note: Remember that you can create standard texts in your iPhone.

New invoice

If you wish to create a new invoice, click the plus sign in the upper right corner.

You can then select an existing customer or create a new one. When you have selected a customer, the invoice is created, and you can add the invoice lines you want. You do this by clicking "Add line" and then choosing the products you want. You may enter quantity, price and discount.

When you click "Details" in the bottom menu, you can see the details of the invoice and change the invoice date etc. When you're satisfied with your invoice, click "Book". Your invoice is then created and booked. If you wish to send the invoice, you can find it under the menu item "Show not paid".

Invoice as PDF: You may zoom in on the invoice by "pulling" the image on your iPhone screen.
