You have the option of calling our customer hotline at 08456 800 473 which is available 3:30 a.m - 10:00 a.m EST during weekdays (until 9:00 a.m on Fridays). Hours for e-mail support are currently the same as for phone support.Phone support is there primarily to assist customers in using the software. Note that our support is based in Europe.
Making it Easier
Solutions will be provided much quicker if you have your agreement number ready when you call and it is a good idea that you are at your computer.
What do I do outside phone support hours?
Outside office hours, you should refer to our other support options. You can find instructions for most functions in the software in e-copedia and among our help videos.
