Showing you the "how tos", leaving the "whys" for others

In support, we provide help in using the e-conomic application, meaning that we explain how to use all the functions within the software. For instance, we show you how to import data into e-conomic, how to set up your system or how to add your company logo to your invoice.

It's like renting a car from us

An analogy to your subscription with us is that we rent a car to you. We tell you how the car works, e.g; how to use the wipers and the fuel you need, but we do not drive the car for you. We do not teach you the rules of the road, including the traffic rules that apply to you and your business. Find out more about how we help you.

What we don't help you with

In continuation with the above, we cannot help you with any accounting or bookkeeping questions. You will not receive any answers to questions about what you can write off in the accounts you use, etc. The support we provide is based solely on a technical basis, using e-conomic as a program.

Who can help you with the things we can't?

If you need any other help than the type we provide, you may contact an accountant, bookkeeper and/or auditor. They are specialists in the accounting field, and are familiar with the rules and financial management.

We have a list of e-conomic administrators based in the UK which shows you which accountants and bookkeepers already have at least one customer in e-conomic.

Who we help

When it comes to support, we do not distinguish between administrators, current subscribers, integration partners or trial users. You will always have access to our support functions.
